Sharing a course

Click the Share Course button in the top right corner of your design brief, outline, or storyboard to invite collaborators by email. They'll receive an email with a summary of the course and a link to access it.

When you share a course, you choose what each person can do:

By default, only existing Epiphany users can be invited as collaborators. View and comment access is unlimited, but editing access requires an Epiphany licence. Admins can manage this via the Admin Dashboard.

Commenting and notifications

Wherever you see the 💬 icon in Epiphany, you can leave a comment on that specific section. Collaborators will be notified when someone responds, so conversations stay attached to the relevant part of the design rather than getting lost in email or chat. Sections that have comments are also flagged with a comment count, so you can see at a glance where discussion is active without relying on notifications to navigate there.

Co-editing

When you invite someone as an editor, you can both make changes to the course. Each version shows who made the edit, so it's always clear what changed and who changed it.

Change logs show edits made to existing content. They don't currently track when content or activities are added or deleted. Recommendation: When adding or removing items, leave a comment to let other collaborators know.
