1.1 Identity and Access Information

When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, and email address to:

• Create and authenticate your account
• Provide access to Epiphany Designer
• Communicate operational updates
• Maintain service security

Authentication is provided through our identity provider (Clerk).

1.2 Product Interactions

We store the content you create or upload in Epiphany Designer, including course materials, project files, and AI-assisted outputs.

AI content (prompts, files, generated outputs):

• Is retained only for the duration of the customer relationship
• Is not used for model training by Epiphany or any sub-processor
• Has zero retention at sub-processors performing inference or OCR
