Microlearning Use Epiphany to create short, focused microlearnings — turning a complex topic into a set of 4–7 minute modules, or a series of 5-minute daily bursts that build capability quickly and consistently.
Course maintenance and updates When something changes — a policy, a process, a product — upload the updated materials alongside the original training brief and ask Epiphany to design a focused update. Rather than rebuilding from scratch, you're using Epiphany to design a targeted piece of training that covers what's changed.
Technical skills training Translate technical requirements into scenarios, checklists, and adoption-focused learning that works across different roles, contexts, and systems.
Content tailoring and remixing Use an existing training as a starting point to design a new version for a different audience, format, or context. Upload the original materials, tell Epiphany what's different about this version, and it will produce a fresh design informed by what came before.
Executive summaries and condensed versions Upload materials from a longer training and ask Epiphany to design a condensed version — a 90-minute overview from a multi-day course, or a shorter workshop that covers the essentials without losing coherence.
Learning design quality assurance Upload an existing design alongside any available learner or SME feedback and ask Epiphany to design an improved version. This works best as a starting point for a redesign rather than a line-by-line review of the original.
Designing a longer programme For a programme made up of several courses — a month-long onboarding mixing online modules and in-person workshops, say — set it up as a Project and create each course within it. Use the Project's custom instructions to capture what applies across the whole programme, such as the learner persona, a constraint like "no video content", or a consistent tone of voice, so you're not restating context each time. Create each course inside the Project from the start, as custom instructions only apply at course creation.
