Epiphany 2.0 is here!

Epiphany has been in the hands of customers for a year by now. During this year we've been listening to where people got stuck, what felt rigid, what needed more room to move. Epiphany 2.0 is our answer. It’s been a long way in the making and we’re excited to share it with you.

The core Epiphany experience is the same, so you won't need to relearn anything. But what you can do with it has expanded significantly: more nuanced control and flexibility to get the experience you want for your learners, with even stronger pedagogical guardrails.

If you loved Epiphany, we think you’ll love Epiphany 2.0 even more. If you've tried Epiphany before and couldn't quite build the training you had in mind, now's the time to try again. We think you’ll be surprised. Let’s check out what changes in more detail.

A stronger first draft, every time

When Epiphany generates your outline, each module now comes ready with three building blocks:

• Content — the core ideas, delivered as a video, slides, or reading
• Activity — a chance for learners to practice and reflect
• Transfer — a job aid or action plan to help learners actually apply what they've learned

This is an even stronger pedagogical framework than what we had before, and it's presented in a simple way for you to quickly understand the experience you’re designing for your learners.

You have total control over the outline: you can add, delete, reorder, or rewrite any activity, content or transfer section however you like. Epiphany gives you a strong starting point that works. You make it yours.

These new outline features are available for new courses only. Existing courses will continue to work as before.

Edit the way you think

The “Explore and Ask” feature was one of your favourite Epiphany functionalities, but many of you wished it could do more.

Today, we’re pleased to bring the Epiphany agentic chat you’ve seen already in the brief to the outline too. The agentic chat is extremely powerful: it can help you brainstorm ideas, add new content or activities, make minor edits, or even large redesigns. Ask Epiphany to rethink a module, restructure a section, add scenarios to every module, or make a change across your entire outline at once.

Epiphany will present you with solid suggestions you can review and implement with one click.
