This one’s a step forward for our enterprise customers and growing teams.

We’re introducing self-service license management in Epiphany, giving your admin users more visibility, more control, and much better license governance (especially for those of you using SSO).

Here’s how it works. Users with admin rights will see an Admin button on their Epiphany homepage, to access the dashboard.

The admin dashboard homepage gives you an overview of seats in your organization. Creator seats are limited to the number of licenses in your contract and guest seats, which do not consume licenses, are unlimited.

Here’s what you can do in each tab:

• Users: View and manage all users, see their user creation date, last login and last edit times, and change user roles. If your organization doesn't use SSO, you can also invite new users from this tab.
• Contracts: View your organization's contracts with Epiphany, including the number of licenses and contract validity period.
• Settings: View and manage organizational settings, such as whether users can invite external collaborators to courses.
• Audit log: See a history of all license-related changes made by you and other admins.
