Hey folks! đ
Collaboration in Epiphany is leveling up again. Earlier this fall, we introduced course sharing with commenting and notifications so you could discuss designs directly in Epiphany. This update is the natural next step:Â collaborative course editing.
When you share a course, you can now decide whether someone can just view and comment, or actively co-design with you.

âď¸Â See What Changes Your Collaborators Have Made
If you invite a collaborator as an editor and you make changes to each otherâs work, youâll both be able to see who edited each version.

â ****Tip: Change logs show edits made to existing content. They don't currently track when content or activities are added or deleted. When adding or removing items, we recommend leaving a comment to let other collaborators know.

Collaboration Without Compromising Security
As always, weâve designed these changes with security and governance in mind â especially for enterprise teams.
Taken together, this keeps your collaboration flexible while making sure only the right people can actually edit.
Weâre excited to see how collaborative course editing changes the way your teams design together in Epiphany. If you have specific collaboration workflows or edge cases youâd like to share with us, hit reply or reach out to the team.
