The storyboard now has chat. Outline edits carry through to your storyboard automatically. And there's a new way to organise your courses. Read on for the details!
You can now edit your storyboard using chat, in the same way you've been able to edit your outline and brief. Tell Epiphany what you want to change — e.g. “Make the distractors in this quiz harder" or "Suggest other ways to visualize Slide 3" — and it will surface proposed changes inline on the storyboard for you to review. Accept or undo each one before it's committed.
Previously, if you edited your outline after generating a storyboard, you had to manually update your storyboard to match. Now, when you make a change in outline chat and a storyboard already exists for that course, the storyboard updates automatically to reflect it.
You can now group courses into Projects from the home dashboard. Give a Project a name and a colour, and use it to filter your course list without leaving the dashboard. The search bar works alongside the Project filter, so you can search within a Project if you need to narrow things down further.
You can add custom instructions to a Project. Anything you include is injected into the design brief for all courses created within that Project — useful if you have standing context that applies across a programme of work, such as learner persona, business goals, or time and modality constraints you'd otherwise have to repeat at the brief creation stage. Custom instructions apply at course creation; moving an existing course into a Project won't backfill them.
