This release makes it easier to verify your content against your sources, find your way around a course, and bring back earlier work.

Check where your content comes from

"How do I know Epiphany is using my documents accurately?" is one of the questions we hear most from designers. It's especially important for technical, regulated, and compliance training, where a paraphrased step or a rounded number isn't acceptable. This release makes that easier to check:

We've also improved how Epiphany finds information in long and complex documents, including values in tables deep in a manual and details that only appear in a diagram's labels.

Restore previous versions of your work

Epiphany has always let you click through previous versions, but in the past, you had to ask the chat to restore content. Now you can restore content in one click, directly from the section you want to restore.

You can also use the new Versions tab in the left panel to view and restore a previous version of an entire brief, outline, or storyboard.

And don’t worry: restoring never deletes anything. The version you restored from stays in your history, so you can always go back to it.

Navigate your course from the Contents tab

A new Contents tab in the left panel lists every section in course order, at every stage. Click any item to jump to it instead of scrolling through the whole brief, outline, or storyboard. The list updates as you add, remove, rename, or reorder sections, and you can collapse the panel when you need the space.

See all comments easily

A new Threads tab in the right panel, next to the Agent (chat) tab, lists every comment on the course across the brief, outline, and storyboard. Each thread shows who wrote it, when, and where it sits in the course. Click a thread to go to the item it refers to. You can add, reply to, edit, and delete comments from the tab. Existing comments are already there, attached to the same items.
